Wiggins v. Land Air Express

Complainant came to us after being wrongfully terminated by his employer. His case involved racial discrimination and retaliation and an overall hostile work environment. Social Security Cases

Attorney Marshall T. Moriarty successfully represented a Social Security Disability benefits claimant in front of an Administrative Law Judge. The claimant suffered from breast cancer, back pain due to degenerative disc disease, bilateral knee pain due to degenerative osteoarthropathy, chronic headaches, asthma, hypertension, depressive disorder and anxiety. Attorney Marshall T. Moriarty sought additional medical evidence that provided proof of disability to the Judge and the claim was awarded, resulting in three years of back benefits for a total amount of $54,172.00 as well as continuing future benefits of $ 1,880.00 per month.
