Attorney Devin Moriarty is also a lifelong Massachusetts resident, son of lead counsel and Owner Marshall Moriarty, having also grown up in Springfield. He attended Cathedral High School, then Phillips Exeter Academy, then Amherst College where he was an All-American football player and graduated with honors. He attended and graduated from Western New England Law School. Having worked for his father in his law office during most of his summers and vacations, his first year of practice he joined him at his firm when his real tutelage began. In the mold of apprenticeships of days of old, he was taught by his father Labor and Employment Law and branched off into his own niche of not only representing Unions, but also representing employees in discrimination cases, practicing before the Bureau of Special Education appeals and engaging in many other aspects of the law pertaining to employees and their work. He championed two discrimination cases which were carried as the top story on all three local news channels and were worthy of being the lead story in the Springfield papers.
